Before you decide to buy online tickets here’s some facts and helpful tips to help you decide if this product is right for you.

Update @ Fri 11th June: CLOSED due to lock-down. Closed for Queens Birthday long weekend. Do not purchase e-tickets until we can confirm a re-opening date.

If on you’re on the way to Fairy Park already, then the best advice is to keep it simple and just pay admission when you get here.

Admission 10am to 3pm. No admission after 3pm. Exit before 4:30pm
Tickets valid for entire day (ignore session times on e-ticket that say 10am to 1pm).

Expect no mobile phone coverage or data reception at Fairy Park.

Visitor numbers are capped for Covid-19 safety reasons but they won’t be reached at this time of year.

2 years & Under Free (no ticket required).

Kids get sick, the weather can change and all sorts of things can happen to make your plans change so either pay admission when you arrive or don’t buy e-tickets too far in advance and make sure the dates are correct. This pass can only be used on the day chosen. No refunds or transfers.

After completing your online purchase you will receive an email which includes your e-ticket and receipt. The e-ticket has your QR code.

Your ticket QR code is scanned to gain entry.

Screenshot, download or print your this QR code where you have good internet/WiFi/data coverage so you aren’t relying on mobile data on arrival.
SMS the screenshot to friends or family if not arriving together.

These tickets can be a great idea if you’re buying for other family or friends who will not be arriving at the same time than you. Your tickets will be scanned from your car and then you enter by driving to the car parking area. So you need to make sure that every guest arriving by car has their QR code before making the trip.
